Richard joined Dotmatics in 2014 to lead commercial operations and went on to serve as SVP of Global Commercial Operations. During that period he helped grow revenue from £4 million to £16 million in three years, doubled the international commercial team, and expanded customer-facing operations across North America, Europe, Asia and Japan.
His talks combine that inside knowledge with the perspective of founding Adroit AI around the emerging need for connected chemistry and biology data that can support modern AI-enabled discovery.
